1. Scope of Service
Collab Aambu acts as a mediator platform connecting social media influencers/content creators with brands and advertisers. We facilitate introductions and campaign management but are not responsible for the independent actions of the brands or creators involved.
2. User Eligibility
- Creators: You must be at least 18 years old and own the social media accounts you register with us. All data provided (follower count, engagement) must be accurate.
- Brands: You must be a legal business entity with the authority to enter into advertising agreements.
3. Account Registration
When you register as a Creator or Brand, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
4. Professional Conduct
- Influencers: Agree to deliver content as per the agreed-upon brief and timeline provided by the brand.
- Brands: Agree to provide clear instructions and make payments as per the agreed terms.
- Any fraudulent activity, such as using fake followers or refusing to pay for completed work, will result in immediate termination from our platform.
5. Payments and Commission
- Collab Aambu may charge a commission or service fee for every successful collaboration finalized through the platform.
- Payment terms for specific campaigns will be outlined in individual campaign contracts.
- We are not responsible for tax liabilities arising from payments made between brands and creators.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific campaign contract, creators retain the rights to their content, but grant the brand a license to use the content for the duration of the campaign. Collab Aambu reserves the right to use campaign results (case studies) for our own promotional purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Collab Aambu shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a failed collaboration, content disputes, or loss of social media account access. We provide the platform “as is” without any warranties.
8. Content Guidelines
Users are prohibited from promoting illegal, hateful, or harmful content through our platform. We reserve the right to reject any campaign or creator that does not align with our brand safety standards.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [INDIA MUMBAI].
